Release the pain


When you cry... there comes a moment when you stop and think that you are strong too and the world cannot put you down. You make yourself rise up. You learn to help yourself. NOT crying on the other hand makes the pain last longer and keeps killing you from inside... that too slowly. Better kill the pain quickly than let it linger for long. CRY and release the pain.. then pick yourself up and move on.
